Ted Bundy was an American serial killer, kidnapper, rapist, burglar and necrophiliac. He was found guilty of murdering a significant number of women and little girls.
He was born in 1946. As a child he was the secret of his mother’s family. She gave birth to him when she was single at the age of 22 without really knowing who the father of her child was. Her parents were very religious. Ted grew up under the impression that his grandparents were his parents and that his mother was his sister.
Her father was very violent towards his family and because of this his mother took her son and left home. She eventually married someone who adopted Ted. She gave birth to 4 more children with her husband, which constantly annoyed Ted.
As a teenager he was introverted, aloof but studious and intelligent. His IQ was 136. There were reports of him torturing animals and raping girls.
He studied psychology where he distinguished himself for his performance. He also studied law.
In 1974 he was convicted but escaped and continued his activities until 1978 when he was arrested again.
Then he was sentenced to death three times. He confessed to 30 murders although the actual number is unknown.
He was executed in the electric chair in 1989.
