Solar wind is a stream of particles ejected from the upper atmosphere of a star such as the Sun. It consists mainly of electrons and protons.
This happens when the thermal energy of matter becomes too high. Then the particles we mentioned overcome the gravitational field and are launched into space at supersonic speeds.
The phenomenon is created as waves.
