- Proteins: We should eat chicken, fish, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, yogurt, legumes and eggs.
- Drinks: Tiredness may be a sign that the body is thirsty. Even mild dehydration causes the feeling of fatigue. Low fluid levels in the body force the heart to work harder and therefore use more energy.
