  • Lack of vitamins: We must follow a healthy diet and take B vitamins, vitamin K, omega-3 fats and vitamin D.
  • Exercise strengthens the mind and emotional health.
  • Mind exercise: We do puzzles, sudoku, crosswords, logic games to create new information links in the brain.
  • We must socialize because it helps the brain. Loneliness creates mental problems, anxiety and depression.
  • We learn new languages, dance, painting, embroidery because the mind is exercised.
  • We must learn to orient ourselves. Less use of electronic maps.
