It is a car based on the Mercedes-AMG G63. The noticeable difference is that its suspension is increased in height so as to improve its off-road capabilities.
The conventional Mercedes-AMG G63 is already a very capable car both on and off the road.
Another big difference of the new version is that the front suspension rests on an axle that joins the two wheels as opposed to the conventional car that has an independent front suspension.
Even the car wheels are much larger in diameter as are its tires. This increases the distance of the bottom of the car from the ground which makes it a better off-roader.
Something that helps his off-road capabilities is the winch mounted on the front bumper to be used when the car is ‘stuck’ on the ground.
Also on the front bumper and on the roof it has several LED lamps, capable of turning night into day.
The nickname of this ‘monster’ is Growler.
