Whitney Houston was an American singer and actress.

He was born in 1963 and began singing at the age of 11 in a children’s choir in New Jersey. She later began singing at a nightclub in New York, where she was discovered by Arista Records.

In 2009 the Guinness Book of World Records named her the most award-winning singer of all time. He had a total of 415 awards.

She is still the only one to reach the top of the ‘Billboard 100’ for seven consecutive times.

She has sold a total of 170 million albums and singles in her career. Also, her debut album Whitney Houston in 1985 became the most commercial album by a female artist. The same thing happened with her single ‘I will always love you’ which was the most commercial as a female artist in the history of music.

A total of seven studio albums were released, all ended diamond, platinum or gold.

From 1992 she started to participate in films, starting with the film Bodyguard.

She died in 2012 in the bathtub of her house, result of drug addiction.
