The new ships of the US Navy named Sea Hunter will be unmanned and will undertake the most dangerous missions at sea.
The purpose of this new fleet is to patrol, spy and carry out attacks against the enemy without ever having to reach a port. These attacks will be against land and sea targets. It will sail in front of the main fleet of the mission to detect possible dangers.
It will also be selected to enter dangerous areas where it is considered difficult for a fleet of personnel to proceed.
They will be of medium size of 40 meters in length and will have a displacement of 140 tons each. It will be able to travel at a speed of 27 knots and carry cargo up to 9 tons.
