It has an expressionist design created by the Danish architect Jern Udsson. It was inaugurated in 1973.
It covers 4.5 acres of land, has a length of 183 meters and a width of 120.
Inside there are five theaters, five rehearsal studios, two main halls, four restaurants, six bars and many souvenir shops.
