Apricale is designed by British start-up Viritech.
Its production will start in 2023 and only 25 units will be built over two years.
The company intends in the future to produce hydrogen engines not only for the automotive industry but also for aviation and shipping.
It also aims to present the advantages of hydrogen over electric vehicles.
This particular car will have half the weight of its electric ‘competitors’ and this is due to its tank which is made of synthetic graphene materials and is integrated into the body of the vehicle.
It is estimated that its price will exceed 1 million pounds and its horsepower will exceed 1,000 horses.
