The Freedom Tower is the flagship skyscraper of the World Trade Center complex in Manhattan, New York.
It is the tallest and most expensive skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere with a height of 541 meters and a construction cost of 3.9 billion US dollars. Its height is symbolic since it is 1,776 feet which is the year of the Declaration of Independence of the USA.
Its construction began in April 2006 and was completed in May 2013.
