According to the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), China’s arms production has increased in recent years. The country in 2022 increased the defense budget by 7% compared to 2021.
Today there are 150 such aircraft in use and it is estimated that within 2023 this number will exceed the number of F-22s. There are 195 of these American aircraft. That’s how many have been built, although it was originally estimated that 750 would be built. However, their high cost forced the US to stop their production.
