Many people suffer from mental stress. Fortunately, it is something that can be prevented and does not develop into an illness.
It can be temporary, that is, when we think a lot, when we simply do not enjoy anything or when we neglect ourselves, our friends and our hobbies. These are signs that should concern us.
These can cause us anxiety, depression, addictions or dependencies that can ultimately lead to physical illnesses.
It is like a muscle that is constantly under tension. It is natural for it to react at some point with a cramp or tear.
So mental illness is a form of self-protection so that we do not go completely ‘crazy’. So initially we become depressed, sad and unable to cope. So we understand that we need to change our way of thinking so that the situation does not go completely dangerous.
So we need to take a break. To do something that pleases us to change our mood and forget what is bothering us. Exercise, a walk, friends, a trip are some of the things that can help us.
We do not rush so as not to make mistakes and complicate our situation.
We take care of ourselves.
We set a limit on how much we can help others.
