Our immune system is what will help to deal with the various diseases that can plague our health.
That is why we need to know that this system can be capable of fulfilling its purpose.
We will now mention some eating habits that will help us strengthen our immune system.
• We choose to eat avocados, carrots, peppers, kiwis, fish rich in fat, shellfish, shrimp, pumpkin seeds, mushrooms, sesame and coconuts.
• Even fruits, vegetables and legumes help a lot. So we eat broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, lentils and beans.
• We drink many glasses of fluids every day. Eight or more. Water, fresh juices, drinks made from cabbage such as carrots, spinach, beets and with additional onions and garlic, help to remove toxins from our body. Our cells and all the vital systems of our body need water. We should drink water and fluids even if we are not thirsty. Our brain and organs become dehydrated before the feeling of thirst manifests itself.
• We must take papaya and pineapple because they have proteolytic enzymes that help in proper digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
• We still need high quality proteins that we get from milk, egg and soy.
• We prefer whole grains.
• Avoid salt, bacon, sausages, brine products, french fries, soft drinks, alcohol, caffeine, sugar as well as foods treated with pesticides.
