It is the proposal for an aircraft carrier for the Russian Navy. Scope is to replace the Admiral Kuznetsov which was launched in 1991.
If implemented it will cost over 5.5 billion USD and expected to be ready by 2027. But given this cost, it is not certain that Russia will consider it as a priority over other important naval projects.
Its displacement will be between 90.000 and 100.000 tons. Its length will be 330 meters and its width 40. Its cruising speed will be between 25 and 30 knots.
It will be able to carry 100 fighter jets, Su-57s and MiG-29s and S-500 missiles.
It will have 4 launching positions, 2 electromagnetic catapults and 2 ski-jump.
